Delete your WordBlade account

You can delete your online account at any time.

In the game (fastest)

Open Settings → Delete online account and confirm. The account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

If you no longer have the game, send a request below. We'll check that the account is yours by replying to the email address you give, then delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your player name, ranking and season results, friends list and friend code, Word Guess results, cloud save, and the coins and tokens stored for your account, with their history.

What is kept

Past duels stay in your rivals' match history, shown as "Deleted player", without your name.
Crash reports are kept for up to 90 days with no link to your account.
Server backups are replaced daily; a deleted account disappears from them within 7 days.
Your progress saved on your own phone isn't on our server. Uninstalling the game, or Settings → Reset progress, removes it.
